    Any available places to work without loud noises?

    Hi! For the past few weeks there have been very loud construction noises (banging, sawing, hammering, loud clangs, etc.) seemingly directly above The Pilgrim Press office. I asked other colleagues about this, and it does seem like there are construction noises above other work areas as well (such as the offices outside and around The Pilgrim Press office). Are there any available private spaces in the office where there are not loud construction noises overhead? This makes working in the office incredibly distracting. Thanks in advance!

    Community Outreach Fair!

    I'm sure everybody is well aware by now (per announcements made at last year's Community Service Day, the All Staff Meeting this past December, the HR Winter Newsletter, and your Accrual Summary in Time Star), staff members now have Service in the Community hours to use at their discretion (with management approval 😉 )!

    But where will you use your Service in Community hours?? What local opportunities exist and where are others helping? What organizations mean the most to you? Where and how will you engage the 3 Great Loves in your community outreach?

    Join HR and Leadership Cohort 4 at the Community Outreach Fair! Next Tuesday, January 28th in the salons. This will be an open house style event (like the Benefits Fair!) from 9:00am - 12:30pm.

    Representatives from local organizations in the Cleveland community will be available to talk about their organization's mission and volunteer opportunities, and HR will be available to hand out service logs and answer any questions regarding the Service in Community Hours. This will be a great opportunity to make some connections and decide where and how you'd like to spend your Service in Community hours!

    Sometimes (like today), without prior planning, the PUBS team dresses in similar styles and colors.
