Me, me, me!

My chickens seem to be confused. While this is supposed to be when they take a few weeks off to rejuvenate, they have all (except one) decided to ramp up production. So, in addition to filling my regular orders, I have an extra dozen today for the very affordable cost of $2.00. Let me know.

Pat and I met for lunch and needle work today at noon on the mezz. Alas, we were the only two knitters down there. If you want to learn a specific craft, I am sure that we can find someone to teach you.

@Amy Johnson I have an owl living somewhere on my property. Every night I hear it hooting right outside the living room window. However, I have not seen it yet. I will keep looking!!!

My first name is pretty easy. Karen spelled and pronounced the old fashioned way. My last name is Koza. Pronounced with a hard K, long "O", z and a short "A". It is Polish and directly translates into English as "goat". There are family rumors that our surname was shortened when my great-grandfather immigrated to America, however, there is no documentation that supports this theory. I am working on our family genealogy along with some cousins but with the volatile history of Poland, finding information about our family is difficult. Hopefully, I can travel to Poland one day and find more information.

The Frizzles are still in the bathroom (in a cage). They need to be fully feathered and a bit bigger before they can move out to the barn with the "big girls". However, since one of the Frizzles is a rooster, he is going back to the breeder we got him from next week.
